The quote is the price.Hourly meters punish customers for traffic, stairs and bad luck. We price the job, agree it in writing, and hold it — if it takes longer than we planned, that's our lesson, not your bill.
Insurance is not optional. Every job we run carries goods-in-transit and public liability cover. If someone quotes you a suspiciously cheap price, ask them what happens when the sofa hits the stairwell. We already have the answer in writing.
