How do I get a quote for a marketplace item?

Send us the listing link (or screenshots) plus your postcode on WhatsApp. The listing usually tells us size, weight and the collection area — the fixed price comes straight back.

Do you deal with the seller directly?

If you like, yes. Share the seller's number once you've bought, and we'll arrange the collection window with them, then keep you posted with photos at pickup.

What if the item isn't as described when you arrive?

We photograph it at collection and message you before loading. If it's not right, you can call it off there and then — far better than discovering it at your door.

Can you collect auction wins from multiple sellers?

Yes — we build multi-stop collection runs. Won a dining table in one town and chairs in another? One trip, one price.

Cash on collection for the seller — can you handle that?

We'd rather not carry your cash; pay the seller directly online before pickup. We're the muscle and the miles, your payment stays between you and them.
