Man and Van Hire is a trading name of UK Health Care Support Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15042717), registered office Office 4648, 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, England, IG6 3SZ. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our booking channels.
When you request a quote or book a move we collect: your name, phone number, the pickup and drop-off addresses or postcodes, details of the items being moved, and any photos or messages you send us (including via WhatsApp). We do not ask for, or store, payment card details on this website.
To quote and perform your move (performance of a contract); to contact you about your job (legitimate interest); to keep basic records of completed jobs for accounting and insurance purposes (legal obligation and legitimate interest). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms in addition to ours. Send only the information needed for your quote.
Quote enquiries that don't become bookings: up to 12 months, then deleted. Completed-job records: up to 6 years, as required for tax, insurance and legal purposes.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, contact us on 07775 554848 or via the contact page.
This site runs without advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary, functionality-related storage is used only to make the site work.
